The Latest Edition of
Rhode Island Pride has recently discovered that the credit card terminal in our office was not communicating properly with our credit services provider. Because this terminal is primarily used only during May, June and July 07 to process payments related to our summer events, we did not discover the error until now when we began to use it for new charges this year. The terminal has now processed all charges that were made to it. If a charge appears on your bill and you feel it is in error, please contact us by email at info@prideri.com with your name, address and the amount charged. We will verify all charges over the coming weeks against our records and ask you to be patient with us. We hope you will accept any legitimate charges as a good faith payment of funds owed, but welcome any written requests for refunds if this has caused any hardship. Charges made via our online store are NOT related to this issue. Rhode Island Pride apologizes for any trouble this may have caused."
